"Today, July 20th I went to Johnson Orthodontist their location in Adel to have my braces put on. I arived 20 mins early, went to the front desk to check in, employee asked my name and got me checked in and had me take a seat. Within 5 mins l was approached and brought back to a office where they went over all the cost and treatment plan. After that I was taken to another room where I was told whats going to happen and if i had any questions. Next thing I know my braces were being applied and I was out the door within 50 mins (my best guess). Fast, efficient and professional. A+"
"Johnson’s orthodontic is amazing! During my child’s free consultation Dr Johnson answered all my questions and concerns. I asked when we can get the braces on and they were prompt getting a chair ready for my child. They spoke to my child in terms my child could understand and answered his questions. I will use them for my next child needing braces as well!"
